  Twin Row Planter in action

With increasing demand for the Galmor Tree planter manufactured by A.Y. Morton & Co limited, there have been many enquires for a twin row planter.

Initially a fixed twin row planter was developed but with the need to have to have different row spacing it meant that this proved to have limited use. The decision was then taken to develop a twin row adjustable planter creating far more versatility.

  • Twin row planter consists of two single row planters mounted onto toolbar.

  • Machines can be demounted and used independently if required.

  • Row spacing can be adjusted from 1.7mtr to 2.5mtr.

  • Only 70-80 horsepower tractor required.

  • Only one spacing indicator required.

  • Additional bleeper fitted to second machine.

  • Spacing indicator works in 25cm increments and can be altered by the touch of a button.

  • Floating compaction trailing arms allow machine to follow ground contours effectively
